Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wordfall: Daily Word Puzzle ("the App"), operated by CyberBoon. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
Wordfall is a word puzzle game playable offline. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Virtual items and subscriptions
- The App offers subscriptions (e.g. ad-free access) and consumable items such as hint bundles. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to their own terms. CyberBoon does not store or process payment card data.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Purchases are final except where the store's refund policy applies.
- Virtual items and subscriptions have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs to gain unfair league advantages, reverse engineer the App, or use automated tools to play on your behalf. We may suspend or reset accounts that violate fair play.
4. Intellectual property
The App, its design, word packs, levels and content are owned by CyberBoon or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App as provided.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the App and its league services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, and league schedules may be adjusted, at our discretion.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties. CyberBoon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend access for breaches of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
